If your event has to be postponed for any reason, you may move your date free of charge. If we aren't available on your new date you will be fully refunded. If your number of child guests have reduced and you have already paid for any extra staff that will no longer be needed, you will be refunded what you have paid for the extra staff. If you cancel your event or choose to no longer use our services you will not be refunded any monies already paid. If you change your venue travel costs will be adjusted accordingly. If we need to cancel providing a creche at your event you will receive a full refund
